Lema’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 25 years of age, when she launched her first business in her native Cameroon shortly after completing her university education. In 2001, she moved to the United States and continued her pursuit of business ownership. By 2007, she had risen to the rank of Senior Vice President in a Rochester, New York-based network marketing company, leading an international sales team that reached across the U.S., Sweden, Finland, Nigeria, and Belgium.
In 2010, inspired by her travels around the world and passion for cultural exchange, Lema founded DUNIA Magazine—an international People, Culture, and Lifestyle publication with the vision to “connect across cultures.” Through her role as publisher, editor, and contributor, as well as on her YouTube channel, Best You With Lema, she continues to impact thousands through transformative insights and trainings.

She resides in Atlanta, Georgia with her family and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and a Master of Science in Accounting.
